This application is to be used by attorneys to help clients who are looking to file for asylum and/or withholding of removal. Please only use this application if your client is physically in the United States and not a United States Citizen.

The questions follow along with the I-589 form, page by page. However, some of the questions have been reordered for a better, more natural flow in conversation between the client and attorney. It will take around 30 minutes to complete all the questions, depending on client's immigration history, marital status, number of children, and more.
